The boots arrived promptly and I love the way they look. Unfortunately, they don't fit well, and I need to return them. However, I have been unable to find my email confirmation, (all I have is my Paypal confirmation) and haven't been able to get ahold of anyone to help me with the return. The product did not come with any type of invoice, nor any instructions on how to return. I have tried the support email, the "instant" reply message system on their website, and another email that Paypal provided. No one has responded to any of my attempts to reach out. Disappointing customer service to say the least.

Most comfortable boots!! Danced all night and feet didn��t hurt. The size was right on. I have big calves and these were perfect. They look great I had lots of great comments on them.

I used these for a concert and I loved them. I ordered a size larger because all the reviews said to go up a size, but they were too large on me. I will reorder in my usual size because they will fit perfect. I loved them!

They are not leather and they're probably not real boots per say but I love them they fit over my wide calves and their beautiful so I believe their pleasure but they're made properly and I think they will last I absolute love them

I ordered a size up and the boot fits great in the foot area. The calf area is a little snug but after wearing them a few times they are not as tight. Worked great for the wedding I was in and I wear them often now.

After the first wear the heel broke off. The company replaced the boot promptly and the return was hassle free. I am very excited to wear them again because I Love the Boots!

I wound up having to go with 1/2 size larger than I usually wear, I think mainly because of the pointed toes. But once I got boots that fit, I found they were quite comfortable, and I think they're very cute, and well-made.

The boots are adorable! However they run really small and the soles of my feet felt bruised by the end of the night as if I had walked barefoot all night. Since they are not leather the chemical smell will fill a room for days. At the outdoor concert my husband said he could smell the boots.
